Oh my, this weekend was so much fun. ;] Can't believe I've spent my whole grammar school career without such spazzy happiness. Aside from the party yesterday, I went to New York with Mike, Trisha, Sal, and Joaquin. This whole year Mike's been poking me to go take a hip hop class with him. FInally able to now that there's no more MT. And I know I'm incredibly  late with this post, but ah well I remember it all anyway.

Before that I went to Kearny HIgh School with my mom to watch a rendition of "It's All In Your Mind". Now, this was all Rezena's doing (the choreographer). "Mind" was the show I did in Brooklyn back in October. Ethan (writer/music) and Marlene (amazing director) were nice enough to remember me and call me up about it. And I feel horrible because at times I totally forgot about them -_-. Ughh... ::totally regrets not telling them about Hair:: But anyway, they had NOTHING to do with this show. It was just an added piece to a dance recital being held at the high school. SO it was all Rezena. The ending result? Horrendous. I'm sorry, but lol, it was pretty bad. Total reminiscence moment on my part. But the show had maybe 45 minutes chopped off, no emotion, backs to the audience, no one would move up and worst of all: No mics. I was sitting in the first row I could not here anything. And that stage and seats was huge. Kearny High school is huge alright? I felt so bad for them. BUt ha ving no mics just gave the audience an oppurtunity to be rude and talk through the entire thing.

But yea, Jenna was a good singer ;] I liked her. And the mom too. And for once, Jenna wasn't as tall as her younger sister. ::cough:: Oh, I miss Lily. 9 years old and my height. Dengg. But anyway, it was great seeing those two again. Must. Keep. Contact. This. Time.

Stopped by Target on the way to High Tech. Hehe, went shopping with my mom without meaning too. Dude! All these pretty scrapbooking stuff you get at A.C. Moore for 10 bucks was only a dollar! Then got Green Tea smoothie to share, cause I knew Trisha would mooch. ;]

Met Trisha at Tech and we waited by the hill. Mike came in the car with his cousin Stephanie driving. I love how she drives! It's like a roller coaster ;] You go so fast. Yea, poor Sal on the Kennedy bus was still...well, on the Kennedy bus. LOL. 40th street or so when we last called. I love how Mike was just about to leave if I didn't say anything. SO yea we ejust picked him up on the way.

I loved it! Windows open, wind in our faces, Enrique Iglesias blasting in our ears, the car zipping past 10 streets a minute, and going down the hills. And when Joaquin came in, we all just felt the love in the back. Like yea, we were mad squished. XD Got a bus to New York and took the subway from Port Authority. Alvin Ailey building is so shiny. But ha! Once we get there we find out that the class is at another building. Two blocks away from Port Authority. So yea, you know. All we did was just run the 20 blocks that we just traveled using the subway.

Got there. Windows to classrooms show all the people dancing. So cool. ;] But damn, the price got raised to 18 dollars now. Anyway, I didn't want to take both classes so I just went out with Sal. ;] Finally got that whole day spent together huh? Went to Times Square and chilled. Instead of the naked cow boy there was the Naked Cow Girl. Really. She bent over and all I saw was crack. LOL. But that was cool. Then M&M factory and saw all the many colored M&M's. Even got my "M&M Mood" I was Maroon and Sal was Dark Pink =p. Then we went to Toys R Us! Haha, Gamer heaven. Weren't able to ride on the Ferris Wheel. That line is hugungous.

Went back for the next class. Wow, I didn't realize how much I missed dancing. It was amazing. And I don't care that I'm in so much pain right now and that I'm hurting in places I didn't even know I could hurt, it's all so worth it. But yea, the instructor Bev was amazing and so funny.

"Straighten your legs! Feel that? It's called muscles! Get some! ... I love y'all ;]" "Yo.. you all gonna die. It's called breathing! Do some!....I love you ;]"

I love her story it's so inspiring. She got cancer and was supposed to die in 2 months. She's now dancing with one lung. Ooh, I feel so ghetto. Haha, I should do more hip hop. We did a combo to "Because of You". Got my groove on ;] So much fun with those four.

Alright, gonna take a nap now!
